Australia Pulled out their Test Cricket Tour to South Africa

Today Australia pulled out their test Cricket tour to South Africa believing that they are no longer left with any other choice than postponing it due to Corona virus pandemic.

Here is the official statement from them:

“We all known that the continent is recorder with almost 44000 death and 1.5 million detected infection and in this situation its no longer safe to take a tour, which clearly is a risky move.”

Australia interim chief Nick Hockley says that, “It has become clear that travelling from Australia to South Africa at this current time poses an unacceptable level of health and safety risk to our players, support staff and the community.”

Though this decision is an extreme disappointment but Australia left with no other choice, and what they decided is a wise choice because end of the day no one is ready to risk their lives. Health and safety should always be number one priority.

Virus remains as an major problem in South Africa and we all pray that they get through it and people over there stay safe.
